Areas of Expertise

We’re experts in providing people with meaningful data and analytics. We help our partners find rigorous and innovative ways to better understand and support students, teachers, and leaders with cutting-edge reporting and visualizations.

How We Work

At EA, we don't work in silos—we're a fully-integrated team who works shoulder-to-shoulder with our partners to illuminate patterns that drive change.

Partnership

We don't think in terms of clients, customers, or consumers. We think in terms of partnership—the spirit of collaboration is central to our ability to do great work on behalf of districts and students.

User Focus

All the data in the world won't help if it's not accessible, intuitive, and useful. We focus on the user's experience in all we do.

Automation

Through automated production, we develop dynamic products that are fast, reliable, reproducible, and cost-effective.

Research

As a mission-driven non-profit rooted in the tradition of academic research, we know that developing effective, transformative analytics is dependent on continual investment in research methodologies and tools. That's where we shine.

Evolution

Every project we undertake lays the groundwork for future work. Like a perpetual motion machine, we're constantly iterating with our partners to improve. Innovation is the name of the game.

Privacy

We have an open-door policy for almost everything. But we're locked-up tight when it comes to critical information about your students and your district. We take every measure to insure the integrity and confidentiality of your records including adhering to FERPA requirements.

We believe that high-quality analytics given to the right people at the right time can be highly transformational for our education system.
